Refund & Returns Policy


Our return policy is very flexible and customer-friendly, we try to accommodate our patrons as much as we can, we welcome replacements on the following terms –

A wrong product has been dispatched and in the event that a product does not match the item selected during order confirmation.
If you identify quality or a manufacturing defect on the received product.
If the product is received in a damaged condition.
If the product doesn’t fit into your desired expected decor, we will be refunding you the amount of the bought product in the form of store credits with no expiry.

When item you receive is not as described on our website, you must return or refund/exchange within 7 days of the item delivered. If 7 days have passed since your item delivered, we can’t offer you refund or exchange. You should know that you will have to bear the shipping cost of returning items to us while making a return or refund/exchange.

As an organization, we believe in customer satisfaction. In case you wish to cancel an order due to any reason write to us at or reach us at the contact-us section within 24 hours of ordering and we will be happy to assist you.

If you have placed an order and would like to cancel or modify it, you should write a cancellation/modification request at or contact-us regarding your concern within 24 hours of ordering. Cancellation or modification of an order is allowed within 24 hours since you have placed the order. After 24 hours have passed it is not possible for us to cancel or modify your order as the shipment has already been on its way to you via air or cargo.

After 24 hours of your order has passed or your shipment has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation or modification is not applicable and you should wait for the item to deliver to your address then follow our return & refund process.

Return Process

Our return policy is applicable within 2 days from receipt of the product and applicable only for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product.

The time frame starts from the date the product was delivered as per the confirmation received from our logistics team or courier partners. You can reach us at  to initiate a return.

When the support team agrees to accept a return then the customer pays the return shipping fee and if not, the customer should keep the product & agree on a partial refund with our customer support team.

Our return policy lasts 2 days after the product has been delivered to the customer. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a return/refund or exchange.

Please send us 2 images (one of the damaged parts and one of the entire product) of the product for us to ascertain the reason for return. You can send us the images on from where our Quality Assurance team will check the details in reference to its eligibility of return.

We will then get back to you with your return request within 2/3 days of receiving your request mail with pictures. Once your return request has been accepted, we will provide returning address and other information, and you will be responsible for arranging and paying for the return shipping cost to our warehouse. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You must use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returning items to our warehouse. Once the merchandise is back at our warehouse, our quality assurance team will check the merchandise and the refund process will get initiated within 2-3 days of receiving it. It will then reflect in your bank account.

Points to remember – The product must be returned with the original packaging, including the tags, bar codes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping label (pasted on the packet), invoice, etc. The product should be unused and in its original condition. You will be asked to print 3 documents to be provided to the logistics company representative who comes for the pickup.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 25 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
